Why we built this

SafJob was founded by a Senior Project Manager and Owner's Representative with over a decade on large-scale commercial construction projects. PMP, OSHA 30, LEED GA, AXP. The kind of person who has sat at the table between clinical leadership, executive sponsors, design consultants, and GCs, and watched crews log paper safety forms that no one reads.

Near-misses go unreported not because workers don't care, but because the process is too slow and the tool is on someone else's laptop. That's a systems problem. SafJob is the fix.

What we believe

Field workers deserve tools that work on a phone with one bar of signal, in two languages, without a training course. Safety managers deserve recordkeeping documentation that generates itself from the work they're already doing. Owners deserve audit-ready records that don't require a crisis to produce.

We built SafJob offline-first, bilingual, and OSHA-native from day one. None of it was bolted on later.

Our commitment

SafJob donates 10% of revenue to humanitarian causes: hunger, housing, and direct relief. That commitment is baked into the company from day one, not added later as PR.
